Refund Policy

Because certificates are generated instantly and delivered digitally at the moment of payment, all sales are final once your certificate has been issued.
No refund when
- You changed your mind after the certificate was issued
- You failed to pass the assessment (retakes are free and unlimited)
- You entered an incorrect name on the certificate (please check spelling before paying)
Exceptions
- Technical failure on our end: if payment succeeded but no certificate was issued, we will issue it or refund you — your choice.
- Duplicate charge: if you were charged twice for the same certificate, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
To request a refund under the exceptions above, email hello@example.com with your certificate ID or payment reference within 7 days.
